Christmas cookery classes

This morning was our first of two Christmas cookery classes.
This time we made bread. The children had such a lovely time kneading the bread, waiting for it to rise and shaping them. We had a variety of shapes from mini bread rolls to a bread plait!

Looking forward to the next one on Thursday when we are making cupcakes...

New Product!

One of our products that we have often used at the breakfast cafe is our homemade granola. It goes perfectly with yoghurt and different fruits such as pineapple and mango or raspberries and strawberries! It is one of the main staples in my own home kitchen as it can be eaten for breakfast, dessert or just to have as a snack.
