Oxford Environment Fair

We had a great time at the Oxford Environment Fair that was hosted in Corpus Christi College Oxford.

 We met some lovely people and sold out of our salads and sweet treats!

 We have also had some wonderful feedback- one example is that our vegan blueberry 'cheesecake' was to delicious :)

New Product!

One of our products that we have often used at the breakfast cafe is our homemade granola. It goes perfectly with yoghurt and different fruits such as pineapple and mango or raspberries and strawberries! It is one of the main staples in my own home kitchen as it can be eaten for breakfast, dessert or just to have as a snack.
