East Oxford Farmers Market

Once a month we go to the East Oxford Farmers market and I think it is safe to say that our sweet treats were slightly 'alien' at first. However, recently we have had some great feedback from customers and also returning customers and have sold out the last two markets- YAY!

Our little stall 

Here are a few pictures of a new favourite- the vegan 'cheesecake'. 
-The bottom is made from a mixture of dates, nuts, oats and coconut oil.
-The middle is made from a blend of cashews, coconut cream, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
-Finally, the top is made from fresh fruit for individual cheesecakes (yummy).
