East Oxford Farmers Market Once a month we go to the East Oxford Farmers market and I think it is safe to say that our sweet treats were slightly 'alien' at first. However, recently we have had some great feedback from customers and also returning customers and have sold out the last two markets- YAY! For more info: https://www.eastoxfordmarket.org.uk/ Our little stall  Here are a few pictures of a new favourite- the vegan 'cheesecake'.  -The bottom is made from a mixture of dates, nuts, oats and coconut oil. -The middle is made from a blend of cashews, coconut cream, maple syrup and vanilla extract. -Finally, the top is made from fresh fruit for individual cheesecakes (yummy). Week one Tuesday: On Tuesday we had great fun baking our own hot cross buns. Our hot cross buns contains yummy ingredients such as apple, cinnamon and raisins. We also substituted the sugar for coconut sugar which gave an extra caramel flavour. We also decorated our own boxes and painted easter eggs. Thursday: On Thursday we made some yummy chocolate Easter nests. To our chocolate mix we added cacao powder to enhance the chocolate flavour as well as adding some nutrients.  We had lots of fun and even got to eat some of the left overs!
